OAIMDD stands for Organizatia Academinca pentru Ingineria Mediului si Dezvoltare Durabila (Academic Organization for Environmental Engineering and Sustainable Development). OAIMDD is an environmental NGO based in Iasi, Romania which is fostered by the members of the Department of Environmental Engineering and Management at the Faculty of Chemical Engineering and Environmental Protection, Gheorghe Asachi Technical University of Iasi.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it
Server log files
The website provider automatically collects and stores information in server log files that your browser automatically sends to the server. This information refers to:
- type of browser and browser version
- operating system used
- referrer URL
- host name of the accessing computer
- time of the server request
- IP address
These data shall not be consolidated with other data sources and it is processes according to Art. 6 (1) (f) of GDPR.
Contact forms & fill-in forms (abstract submission and conference registration)
If you use our contact form to communicate with the ICEEM10 Secretariat, we store your details from the enquiry form. This data may contain any contact details you have provided (e.g. personal name, e-mail address) for the purposes of processing that inquiry and for further communication. We shall not disclose these data without your consent.
The data provided in the contact form shall be processed exclusively on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) of GDPR). You may revoke this consent at a later time with a simple email notice to us. The lawfulness of the data processing operations carried out before this revocation shall remain unaffected by such revocation.
We shall retain the data you provide in the contact form until you ask us to delete it, revoke your consent to storage or the purpose for the data storage has lapsed (e.g. after your request has been processed). Mandatory legal provisions – particularly retention periods – remain unaffected.
If you have an account and you log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.
If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. It expires after 1 day.
